BUSINESS NETWORKING FORUM WITH efpg

4 December 23

An article from The British Chamber Of Commerce In Spain

On the morning of Tuesday, November 28th, the British Chamber of Commerce in Spain, in collaboration with our esteemed member efpg, hosted another highly successful Business Networking Forum, at La Sala, Puerto Banus.

European Financial Planning Group SL (efpg SL) is a licenced insurance intermediary, regulated by Dirección General de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones, serving the general insurance needs of our clients in Spain. As an independent broker, they have distribution agreements with the most important Spanish insurance companies such as Liberty, Allianz, Reale, Mapfre, Caser and DKV.

In addition to having the necessary credentials and undergoing regular training, efpg SL's skilled workforce speaks both Spanish and English, which allows them to have a thorough understanding of both the clients and the market. Their aim is to offer insurance cover (life, home, health, car and business) and regulated investment opportunities principally for English speaking expats in Spain.

The event gave way to networking and marketing opportunities. At the occasion, we had over forty attendees, both new and distinguished members, proving the Chamber's national reach throughout Spain.

The British Chamber of Commerce in Spain's Regional Vice-President, Derek A. Langley, welcomed everyone to the meeting and provided an update on the organization's recent and upcoming projects. In addition, he provided critical information regarding the UK’s relationship to Spain on an economic basis, which made guests understand the importance of working with the Chamber and investing in Spain.

Tom Fraser, CEO and financial adviser of efpg, then took the floor and captivated the audience with an engaging speech, highlighting the extraordinary growth and noteworthy accomplishments of their organisation in Gibraltar over the previous years.

Katya Shew, Technical Director of the insurance brokerage, and Matt Davies, financial advisor and head of the VISA segment of efpg, then took over telling the guests about efpg in Spain as a whole and the importance of life insurance, inspiring all to think about the numerous advantages of having one.

The second part of the event was a vibrant networking session that followed the presentations. As participants seized the opportunity to engage in deep dialogue and form new professional connections, a lively atmosphere was generated for all of them.

Once more, a big thank you to efpg and all of our guests for this stimulating networking environment. We look forward to seeing you at our forthcoming events, where we will continue to promote opportunities for growth, collaboration, and success.
